Speciality Coffee
Our coffee comes from Bruce & Luke's, a specialty roaster who sources single-origin beans from sustainable farms. Every bag is roasted to bring out the character of the origin — whether that's a bright Ethiopian natural or a smooth Colombian washed.
We chose Bruce & Luke's because they care as much about the cup as we do. Their beans make a flat white worth travelling for.
Artisan Bakery
Lovingly Artisan is an award-winning bakery based in Cumbria, known for their long-fermented sourdough and handmade pastries. Everything they bake is made with real ingredients and proper time.
Their pastries sell out fast for a reason. We bake them fresh in the cafe each morning so you get them at their best.

We source our dairy, eggs, and seasonal produce from farms across Cumbria. Short supply chains mean fresher ingredients and a smaller footprint — and it keeps money in the local economy.
Carlisle is surrounded by brilliant farms. It makes no sense to go further afield when the best is on our doorstep.
Matcha & Green Tea
We serve high-grade ceremonial matcha sourced from specialist growers. Our matcha lattes, shots, and cold matcha drinks use the same quality you'd find in a dedicated tea house.
Matcha done badly tastes bitter and flat. Done well, it's one of the best things on the menu. We only use the grade that does it justice.
Speciality Chocolate
Our hot chocolates and mochas are made with speciality chocolate from Castle Chocolates. This is what separates our hot chocolate from a powder-and-hot-water version — it's a proper drink.
One sip and you'll understand. Castle Chocolates makes the kind of hot chocolate that people come back for.
Luxury Ice Cream
Our milkshakes and ice cream scoops use Lakes Luxury Ice Cream, made in the Lake District with local dairy. Available in classic and luxury tiers, served in a tub or cone with a complimentary flake.
Lakes Ice Cream tastes like proper ice cream. Rich, creamy, and made with milk from cows that actually live nearby.
